Xin is a project lead with the 系统工程 and Management group based in Toronto and has been working with IBI Group since 2012. His experience spans between the systems practice and the infrastructures practice at IBI Group. Xin’s systems experience includes both 设计 and deployment of Intelligent Transportation 系统, Advanced Traffic Management 系统, Advanced Traffic Information 系统，以及收费系统. He has been involved at various stages in the systems project lifecycle, including concept of operations, 利益相关方参与, 设计 & requirement tracing, QA/QC, documentation, and client training.
His traffic operations experience includes traffic analysis, 微观仿真, highway operations and incident management. Xin has extensive experience in large scale Private-Public-Partnerships, both from the owner’s and the bidder’s side. His P3 experience includes the Gordie Howe International Bridge project, as the lead technical manager during the 设计 phase, and as the project manager during the construction phase services, for IBI Group’s 设计 disciplines.
